Freelance health workers face major challenges in terms of legal protection. Unlike permanent workers who have clear work contracts, freelance medical workers often do not receive adequate legal protection, such as the right to health benefits, employment security, and legal protection in the event of a dispute with a patient or service provider.

To address this issue, stronger regulations are needed that recognize the status of freelance workers in the health sector. The government and medical associations must work together to create policies that protect the rights of on-demand health workers, including standard work contracts and access to legal services if needed.

In addition, health service platforms that employ freelance medical workers must provide better protection, such as clear contracts regarding the rights and obligations of both parties and access to professional insurance. Increasing health workers' awareness of their rights is also key to improving legal protection.

With this solution, freelance medical workers can work more calmly, without worrying about legal uncertainty that could threaten their careers.
